The NEO is a compact 3m × 3m garden room priced at £18,540 including VAT. It is ideal for a home office, small studio or quiet personal workspace.
The FORZA measures 4m × 3m and is priced at £22,740 including VAT. It provides additional room for offices, studios, gyms and spaces with more than one purpose.
The LUNA measures 5m × 4m and is priced at £27,540 including VAT. Its larger footprint works well for shared offices, family rooms, creative studios and wellness spaces.
The META measures 6m × 4m and is priced at £33,420 including VAT. It is our largest standard model, designed for substantial offices, gyms, studios and premium multifunctional spaces.
These prices include a professionally installed and fully finished garden room. Foundations, the final electrical connection from your property and individually requested upgrades are assessed separately because they depend on the site and specification.
Designed, Built, and Installed with Care
Every Backyard Cabin is designed in-house and professionally installed by our experienced team.
We use fully insulated SIPs throughout the walls, floor and roof, creating a strong, energy-efficient garden room designed for comfortable use during every season. Aluminium double glazing, durable EPDM roofing and premium Thermowood or European larch cladding provide long-term performance as well as a clean, contemporary finish.
Inside, every standard cabin includes luxury vinyl flooring, a plastered and white-painted interior, skirting boards, lighting, electrical sockets, a dedicated consumer unit and a WiFi-controlled electric radiator.
Many of our standard garden rooms can be installed in approximately 10 to 15 working days once the agreed foundations are ready. Every Backyard Cabin is also protected by a ten-year structural warranty.

This 28 m² garden room in Twyford was designed as a substantial multifunctional space for working, exercising and family use.
The bespoke 4.8m × 6m design included fully insulated SIPs construction, aluminium glazing, a high-level privacy window, premium external cladding and a completely finished interior.
Despite its size and custom specification, the garden room was installed in 13 working days.
Garden office for daily use in Wokingham
We revisited one of our bespoke Wokingham garden offices after two years of continuous use.
Originally created for two people working from home, the cabin remains their primary daily workspace. Its SIPs construction, aluminium glazing, EPDM roof and durable cladding were selected for long-term performance as well as appearance.

Our Lower Earley FORZA project was designed as a bright, practical garden office within a 4m × 3m footprint.
